This is a food blog dedicated to life through an exploration of food wonders.  I get so focused on where I’m going and it’s easy to forget  that the distractions are sometimes what make a tough day, week or year turn into a moment of felicity.  For those who haven’t watched the stage play turned into movie Driving Miss Daisy, the story goes like this:

An elderly Jewish widow living in Atlanta can no longer drive. Her son insists she allow him to hire a driver, which in the 1950s meant a black man. She resists any change in her life but, Hoke, the driver is hired by her son. She refuses to allow him to drive her anywhere at first, but Hoke slowly wins her over with his native good graces. It covers over twenty years of the pair’s life together as they slowly build a relationship that transcends their differences(IMDb).

As Hoke slowly wins over miss Daisy and uplifts her spirit, I’m hoping this enduring food journey will do the same for me.

Savor as the world takes me on this trip of Dining Miss Jenna!

Look forward to:
