Raspberry Burrito

This has been my breakfast for the past 7 days and I do mean it when I say that it’s everything I’ve hoped for in a breakfast. Quick, edgy and comforting, I enjoy a raspberry burrito for an early morning  jazz routine in my belly.

Ingredients

Corn tortilla (denser is better)

Raspberries

Warm or toast tortilla until warm and barely crisp. Fill with fresh or frozen raspberries. Well, that’s it.

Savor!
