Fig and Chick

 

 

I am back and in Scotland for a couple years while studying a post grad course in Dance Movement Psychotherapy.  There are a ton of international students here so the explosion of food knowledge is everlasting.  I’ll start with this.

Ingredients:

One Fresh Fig
Shredded Chicken
Cooked Whole Wheat Pasta (of your choosing)
One Small Onion

In an oiled glass dish, cook chopped fig and onion in oven at 425 until onion wilts.  When finished toss together the pasta of your choosing, shredded chicken and fig ‘n onion mixture.

Savor!
