Schino French Toast

Leftover maraschino juice?  I’ve got just the thing to use it up!  Inspired by one of the kookiest videos I’ve ever seen:

I came up with a non-deep-fried take on that recipe.

Ingredients:

French Bread
Maraschino Juice
Pancake Batter
Oil

Heat griddle with oil to medium heat. Cut bread up into 1/2 inch slices.  Dip in maraschino juice.  Let sit for 5 minutes.  Dip into pancake batter and cook on griddle or pan until golden brown on both sides.

Savor!
