Cho-mouss-i

I was completely addicted to frozen yogurt until  I found this quick dessert fix.  With frozen yogurt, I could keep eating it and eating it without being satisfied, but with Cho-mouss-i, that wasn’t the case.  This instantly snapped me out of fro-yo purgatory.

Ingredients:

1 Chobani (I use pomegranate, but I encourage experimentation)
1 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa
1 Tbsp Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
1 tsp Dark Chocolate Covered Quinoa Pearls

Fold Cocoa, Coconut and Quinoa Pearls into Chobani greek yogurt.  I mix it right into the Chobani cup, but if you feel like it will be too messy, then just transfer it to a bigger bowl!  Now, the Cocoa is really the only thing you need to start your dessert base.  You can experiment with different toppings.  You could try:

Toasted Oats
Granola
Slivered Almonds
Pistachios
Ok, any type of nut
Blueberries
Strawberries
Raspberries
Mango
Peaches
Cherries
Ok, any type of fruit
