Orange Chicken!

With unique texture and a whole lot of health, this dish is a great variation on the usual fried orange chicken.

Ingredients:  Experiment with measurements and sides!

Chicken (I used pieces of rotisserie chicken)
Barley
Rosemary (I used ~ 1 tablespoon)
Orange Marmalade (I used ~ 2 tablespoons)
Water (I used ~ 1/8 cup)
Milk
Carrots

Prepare barley and set aside.  In a frying pan, start warming chicken with rosemary on low heat for a minute or two or until you can smell the rosemary.  Add barley, water and orange marmalade and cook on medium heat until slightly sticky consistency.  Add a splash of milk and stir.  Serve with carrots and garnish with orange pieces.
